I loved this hotel, it's spotless and gorgeous! The pool was clean and I had bottled drinks in the swim-up bar.

The hotel was incredible, I liked the amazing staff and extensive breakfasts. Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Cancun.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 8 nights, but everything was great. Loved the way our suite with king size beds was arranged. The restaurant served variety of meals for breakfast.

We liked this fairly clean hotel with a beautiful lobby. Although the bed was very uncomfortable, it was good stay.

It was a nice experience. I loved almost every detail, including very good staff and food. I was here for 7 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for the lunch...

The hotel is big and clean with a great restaurant, I had an excellent stay. The staff were polite and fast, they offered an excellent service. The gardens were beautiful here.

It is a hip new property located in Zona Hotelera district short walk to many tourist attractions, restaurants. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the outdoor bar.

It was a really really nice time staying at this atmospheric hotel. There was a huge bar with lots of different food, such as tapas and salads...

Breakfast was fine, exceptionally good views, perfect location very close to the city life and the airport. Warm units and delightful staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, like a cloud.

Extraordinary hotel, efficient staff. The room I booked was spotless with balcony and sofa, for example. I loved the breakfast served at the dining room. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was lovely.

Unique building, first class service and food. The bed was perfect and it was great having terrace, coffee and hairdryer. Loved breads, meats, eggs, fresh fruit and cereal in the dining room.

Nasty bathroom.

I had a very relaxing stay, recommend this place. Large breakfast with lots of options, charming small and neat place. The personnel where eager to help, thoughtful service.

Faultless room, relaxing bed, CHEAP breakfast. Staff were eager to help, extremely responsive people. Simply stunning view of lagoon. The bathroom was huge. Gorgeous location to luxury avenue. It had pool too.

A brilliant hotel in Cancun. I appreciated impeccable staff, enjoyable location. Room was exceptional and amenities included WiFi, terrace and climate control. The fruit, fresh bread, meats, eggs and pastries were pleasant.

Everything was perfectly fine, but we stayed for 7 nights only. Relaxing and super room, not expensive breakfast and exquisite staff.

it was an incredible stay. very good food, welcoming staff. we really loved the room, it was big. we were surprised by the garden too. the hotel itself was in a beach area.
